Free Standard Shipping with order over HK$350 (after discount)

・Our Standard Delivery Service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Outlying Islands and Macau. Some remote areas may incur extra charge, please refer to this web page of SF-express for your reference.

・Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only.

Shipping days and schedules
・The parcel will be ready and dispatched in 1-5 business days upon confirmation of payment. The delivery time may suspend due to the operating hours of delivery service, please refer to latest news of related vendors.

Shipment tracking/ change of shipping address
・Once the order is ready to be shipped, an email notification containing order tracking number will be sent to the customer from us. Please contact the shipping company directly to track the shipment.

・Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with the shipping company by contacting their Customer Service directly. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.

・If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact the shipping company directly in order to make further arrangements.

In case of disputes, the decision of NailTech Professioanl (HK) Ltd. shall be final.
